Isaiah James Boodhoo (1932 – 2004).  He received his education from Brighton College of Technology in England, Central Washington University and Indiana University in the U.S.A.  He has received numerous awards for his work and has held exhibitions in his native Trinidad as well as England, Canada and the U.S.A. 

His work, which has undergone major transformations in style over the years, is strongly rooted in the culture and landscape of Trinidad and Tobago.
